When using the information within the CLSS Map Browser for Canada Lands in Nova Scotia one must assess the implications of the application of Section 103 of the Environment Act (S.N.S. 1994-95, c. 1) and its legislative precedents as they apply to the jurisdiction for the extent of the beds of watercourses as defined therein. In addition, some watercourses as defined in the said legislation may or may not be shown in the dataset.
